Introduction

This Project Management from Principles to Action training course has been specifically designed to develop the core competencies related to project management for participants by providing them with the knowledge, skills and understanding of a mix of competencies required to be able to move a project through the various life cycle phases of concept, development, implementation and close-out. i.e., project management competencies that would be required for the full spectrum of the project from start to finish. While an experienced project manager may personally bring several of these core competencies to the project, the project team as a whole, should possess most, if not all, of the competencies presented.

Training Methodology

This Project Management from Principles to Action training course will utilise a variety of proven highly interactive adult learning techniques to ensure maximum understanding, comprehension and retention of the information presented.
